MEET OUR ELDERS
Jordan and his wife, Kate, married after graduating from Grove City College and have four children – Hannah, Elijah, Abigail, and Caleb. They have been at Castleview since 2011. He leads a fellowship group, teaches Sunday school classes, and serves as an usher. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Jim and his wife, Nancy, began attending Castleview in February 2007. Jim was born and raised in Marion, Indiana and graduated from Ball State University (B.A.). Jim enjoys equipping the saints for the work of the ministry and building up the Body of Christ at Castleview. Jim and Nancy have been married since November 2002 and have four children: Alex, Annabel, Eleanor, and Peter.
Andrew Jones has been a member at Castleview since 2016. He is a local high school teacher and enjoys using his teaching gifts at Castleview as well. He is married to Cassie, and they have three children. Andrew desires his life to be characterized by a passion to know Jesus and make and mature disciples of all peoples.
Prior to Castleview, Nathan served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington D.C. Nathan studied at Indiana Wesleyan University (B.A) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.). Beginning in 2012 Nathan served as Castleview’s Pastor of Family Life & Discipleship before becoming the Senior Pastor in 2017. Nathan’s desire is to help equip Christians with the Word of God for the ministry He has given them. Nathan and his wife, Jess, have five children.
Andy and his wife Cid were married in 1979 and have been members of Castleview since 1987. Andy graduated with a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois and works as an architect in educational facility design. Andy and Cid have three grown sons, Christian, Peter, and Alex. He desires to serve God by serving the body of Christ at Castleview by discipling, teaching, caring, and prayer.
Prior to Castleview, Gus served as the senior pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Johannesburg, South Africa. Before that, Gus served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. Gus holds a commerce degree from the University of Cape Town (B. Buss Sci.); and received his theological degree from Cape Town Baptist Seminary (M. Phil. Theology). He desires to faithfully proclaim the Gospel such that sinners are converted and Christ's people are further equipped to labour well in the Lord. Together with his wife, Kate, he has three children.
Kelly studied at The Master’s College (B.A.) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div., Th.M.). Kelly previously served on pastoral staff at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles and was an adjunct professor at The Master’s College. Kelly and his wife, Vanessa, have been married since 2008 and have three children.
