Prior to Castleview, Nathan served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington D.C. Nathan studied at Indiana Wesleyan University (B.A) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.). Beginning in 2012 Nathan served as Castleview’s Pastor of Family Life & Discipleship before becoming the Senior Pastor in 2017. Nathan’s desire is to help equip Christians with the Word of God for the ministry He has given them. Nathan and his wife, Jess, have five children.
Pastor of Student Ministries and Fellowship Groups
Kelly studied at The Master’s College (B.A.) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div., Th.M.). Kelly previously served on pastoral staff at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles and was an adjunct professor at The Master’s College. Kelly has a passion for young people to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. Kelly and his wife, Vanessa, have been married since 2008 and have two children.
Connie and her husband, Tom, have attended Castleview since 1979 and Connie became a member in 1988. Tom was approved for membership in 2011. They have four grown children who are married, 10 grandchildren, and two greats. At Castleview, Connie has served in the children’s ministry and started the AWANA ministry in 1988. She has worked in the weekday preschool and for the recreational ministries. Connie began working in the office in 2000 and went full time in 2001. She enjoys serving on the greeting team and with her Fellowship group.
Noah has been working at Castleview since the summer of 2016. Having graduate from Moody Bible Institute (B.A.), Noah is continuing to prepare for pastoral ministry through his work at Castleview Church and his studies at Indianapolis Theological Seminary. Noah and his wife Sara, married in 2012, are both natives to the Indy area. They have three children.
Women's Ministry Coodinator
Liz has been attending Castleview since 2010. Liz met her husband, Richard, at Castleview and they were married in 2011. They have one daughter, Izzy, and another child on the way. Prior to choosing to stay home with her children, Liz served on staff at Castleview in the church office. She has served in a variety of roles including event coordination, leading a women’s theology group, and serving alongside her husband in leading a Fellowship Group.
Chris has been working at Castleview since Fall of 2014. He enjoys volunteering with his wife, Nozomi, in Castleview’s music ministry. Married in 2006, Chris and Nozomi have two children, Eve and Russell.
Deacon of Hospitality
Joe and his wife, Kris, are life long residents of Indiana. They have been members of Castleview since 1993 and have 2 sons, Taylor and Joshua. Joe continues to enjoy building relationships for the purpose of evangelism on Thursday nights through our Basketball Outreach. He also coordinates the many volunteers who serve in the areas of Ushering and Welcome Team. His desire is that member and guest alike would be warmly welcomed and cared for during our Sunday services.
Deacon of Finances
Brad and his wife, Kami, have been attending Castleview since 2012. Brad utilizes his financial experience to serve the church by working alongside the Elders, the Financial Oversight Team, and other volunteers who steward the funds God provides to Castleview. Brad has spent his career in the financial industry and developed a personal ministry discipling and educating individuals on ways to be better stewards of their resources. Brad co-authored a financial mentoring process called “Financial Boot Camp” and has been teaching this program and mentoring couples since 2009. Brad is also the creator of the Investing in Truth website which provides Biblical guidance on the topics of finance, investing, planning and stewardship.
Deacon of Facilities
JR and his wife, Teresa, have been members of Castleview since 2007. JR serves as a Fellowship Group leader and intentionally pursues evangelistic opportunities with people he meets through his employment. He also serves to ensure that we are good stewards of the property God has provided for us. His efforts, as well as the many volunteers who contribute their time and skills, ensure that we have a property that is in working order for Sundays, Wednesdays, and the many other times our property is being used for ministry purposes.
