Bryan is now serving with Wycliffe in North Carolina, supporting its global activities in Bible translation. Bible translation project start-ups are accelerating around the globe. With this work, and the work of other organizations in this field, we are now under 2,000 language groups in the world without at least a part of the Bible in their language, and that number continues to drop. Bryan does cross-cultural training for Wycliffe and other agencies new missionaries, preparing them for service in Africa, Asia and Latin America. These efforts are focused on a new training program called Transcending Cultural Barriers (TCB), which helps provide contextualized training for national partners as they send out their own missionaries. Felicia, active in marriage and family counseling, continues to help families in need in their area.
