Nathan Lugbill
Prior to Castleview, Nathan served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington D.C. Nathan studied at Indiana Wesleyan University (B.A) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.). Starting in 2012 Nathan served as Castleview’s Pastor of Family Life and Discipleship before becoming the Senior Pastor in 2017. Nathan and his wife, Jess, have 5 kids.

Kelly Wright
Kelly studied at The Master’s College (B.A.) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div., Th.M.). Kelly previously served on pastoral staff at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles and was an adjunct professor at The Master’s College. Kelly and his wife, Vanessa, have been married since 2008 and have three children.

Gus Pritchard
Associate Pastor
Prior to Castleview, Gus served as the senior pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Johannesburg, South Africa. Before that, Gus served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. Gus holds a commerce degree from the University of Cape Town (BBusSci); and received his theological degree from Cape Town Baptist Seminary (MTh). He desires to faithfully proclaim the Gospel such that sinners are converted and Christ's people are further equipped to labour well in the Lord. Together with his wife, Kate, he has three children.
Noah Debaun
Administrative Director
Noah has been working at Castleview since the summer of 2016. Having graduated from Moody Bible Institute (B.A.), Noah is continuing to prepare for pastoral ministry through his work at Castleview Church and his studies at Indianapolis Theological Seminary. Noah and his wife Sara were married in 2011 and are both natives to the Indy area. They have three children.
Deb Evans
Office Administrator
Deb has attended Castleview since 2006. She is married to Mike and has three grown children. Over the years Deb’s involvement has ranged from working in childcare and teaching Sunday school to cooking for various church events. When not at work, Deb enjoys hiking, baking, and playing games. Deb joined the staff team in August 2021.
Alex Hammond
Alex is pursuing his MDiv through Southern Baptist Theological Seminary while serving Caslteview with various administrative needs. Alex is from Mississippi, is married to Amber, and they have a great dog named Quinton. Alex dreams of pastoring a church in one of the southern states of America.
Pastoral Assistant
Katrina and her husband Tristan have been members of Castleview Church since 2012. They have two college-age children. Katrina loves participating in and serving the body of Christ at Castleview in various ways, including Family Ministries, Women’s Ministry, Fellowship Group, and now as a staff member since September 2023.

Adam has been working with Student Ministries since he started attending Castleview in 2009. He took on a part-time position with the church in 2017. Adam and his wife, Jessica, have five kids.
