To having a regular time with the Lord in Bible reading and prayer.

 

To pray for those in your destination country.

 

To pray for your team members.

 

To be willing to serve with a heart of joy, love and cheerfulness.

 

To put others first.

 

To make the STM Mission trip a priority in your life/schedule.

 

To raise the necessary funds for the trip.

 

To prayerfully consider what the Lord would have you sacrifically give financially towards the cost of your trip.

 

To make it a priority to attend any required meetings and training sessions.

 

To form a personal team of at least 5 prayer warriors who will pray for you both during the training and during the trip.

 

To respect the leadership and decisions of the team leaders.

 

To attend the mandatory missions team retreat January 29-30.
