Erica climbed on board the Castleview youth staff in August of 2005 as the Girls’ Discipleship director. Prior to serving at Castleview, Erica attended Huntington College (now Huntington University) in Huntington, Indiana, and graduated with a degree in Film Studies/Communications. She also worked as a summer intern for Bridgeway Community Church as the Junior High ministry director. It was at Castleview that she met her fiancé, Ryan, and they married in May 2006. Ryan is attending Anderson University for a degree in Music Business. Both Ryan and Erica enjoy discipling and working with the student worship team and look forward to whatever God has planned for the youth here at Castleview.
