You can see the WOL Hungary Sing Team performing at camp if you go to You Tube and search for 'Unkefer', then select 'Jesus Love Never Fails'.

Tonight the gospel was explained and the campers were invited to ask Jesus to be their savior. About 15 kids went forward and the WOL staff sang to them about what the decision means and what to expect and that they should remember to always turn to Jesus for help as they begin this new life. It was really wonderful to see these mature christians singing this love song and counseling song to their new brothers and sisters in Christ. One of the kids that went forward is in our English class, so pray that we can spend some time getting to know him (his name is Timo) and possibly build upon his new faith.

On a separate and proud father note, Lauren sang tonight with the Sing Team ... in Hungarian! I will try to place it on You Tube soon and if you would like to see it you can go there and search for "Lauren Unkefer".

All for now. Your brother in Christ.

Well the first day of this week's camp is under our belt and it has been good. I'm really enjoying working with my daughters, Lauren and Sarah Kate, plus we have a young man named David from Uganda helping us. We have a great group of kids ranging from 14 to 19 years old. Please pray for: Dani, Lujza, Barni, Timo, Adam, Erika, Anna, Bogi, & Agnes. Pray especially for one of the girls who during her introduction said she hates her parents because they left her and her six siblings. They now live in a children's home near Budapest. Pray that we will be able to spend some good relationship building time with our class.

The gospel was presented clearly last night and again this evening. Please pray that it will take root in the hearts of those God is pursuing, and that they will decide to trust Jesus as savior. Pray also for the work Word of Life Hungary will be doing as they seek to develop a network that the kids can draw upon outside of camp. They will need this when the excitement of their decision and camp diminishes and they must grow and become steady in their faith. WOL wants to partner with churches to accomplish this discipleship, but need churches that are true to God's word and work.

Lauren sang last night and has done so on several occasions, so I must say that I am very proud of how she is letting God use her in this way. She has had a wonderful year of growth and discipleship here at the WOL Bible Institute.
