Hey everyone! Its the last day of camp, Friday the something or other, and its been an incredible two weeks here. God has been working here in ways that can only happen at a camp, there are kids here whose lives are changed in one way or another here and its awesome to be a part of it. The past two weeks I've been coaching baseball (which I'm sorry to tell you baseball players is rather dull stuff) but the kids here manage to make it fun, the first week here Andrew (Unky) and I passed the time by practicing our juggling skills, which were'nt all that great we found out, we got to five balls and then i tried juggling helmets and that didnt work out to well. The schedule here is pretty hectic, wake up at 8 for breakfast, unless your going on a polar bear swim at 6, then we have devotions with the team at 8 30, rest after that until 10 15 when we start the coaching. Then we have lunch at 12, which is awesome, we had fish and rice like brown fried rice from the china buffet, except this is hungarian. after that its free time, although it could be argued whether your time is actually free so many kids are asking you, "You play ping-pong?" "Jordan, want to play football, sorry, soccer?" (heres my favorite) "Yordan, you want ice cream?" (You bet i do) But its awesome and a fun time just to have fun with the kids, learn some hungarian, and mess around.. and eat ice cream of course. After that we have coaching again at 3 45 and then dinner at 6, an hour break and we have night meeting at 715, and its almost impossible to stay awake, its an awesome time, but by the end of the day all the americans are so tired you watch us and it looks like we're head banging to a really slow song, our eyes close and we nod our heads, but somehow, somehow, we manage to stay awake. At nine we then break and go do whatever, i was lucky enough last week to be able to share my testimony in one of the older kids cabins with Nick Durm and Mr Neely, and from that one of the kids re-dedicated his life to Christ, which even if we played such a small part, was amazing to be a part of. Alright, this is getting to long i think for the blog to actually be submitted, so I'll say goodbye, and see everyone back home in three days!

Please continue praying for us in week two.  Last night was the time when campers were invited to come forward and make a public profession for Jesus and two from our English class went forward.  It's a little more difficult to communicate with this class as they are not as far along with their English, but hope to follow up some. Overall, it looked like about 10-15 kids made some kind of decision for Christ.  Pray for our energy and to allow ourselves to be used by God's Spirit.

This morning we heard a testimony from Osas, a Nigerian who played basketball for the European professional league and now gives his time to coaching kids here at camp so that he can help them know Christ.  It was very encouraging to hear how God worked in his life to move him from professional basketball to a love for coaching kids and investing in their eternity.

Between our teaching schedules, active computer usage, and office hours, it has been difficult to find time to send notes to the Hungary blog.  Thank you for your prayers!  Last week, one of our English class campers asked Jesus into his life.  Tonight, Laci will again give an invitation for the campers to make this all-important decision.  Please pray that they will understand and decide to choose Jesus as their Savior.  Several team members became sick last week and were quarantined in the infirmary.  They saw God working through this as they were able to share Jesus with the nurse who seems to be close to a decision.  Please pray for her - Maria.  On Sunday morning, we said good-bye to Enetrice, Melvin, Nick, and Robbie.  We were sad to see them leave, and we pray that they arrived home safely.  This morning, we said good-bye to the Bennetts (John, Elizabeth, John Thomas, and Joseph).  They are headed for Bulgaria to encourage missionary friends there.  By the way, we were really proud of JT and Joseph at the campfire on Friday night.  They both gave their testimonies and encouraged the campers to become believers.  God is so good.  Thank you again  for praying for our team!
