Our former Senior Pastor, Eric Bancroft, resigned officially on August 13, 2017 to answer the call of God on his life to plant a church in Miami, FL. Castleview is currently in the process of filling the senior pastor position.

Nathan previously served as a pastoral assistant at Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington D.C. Nathan studied at Indiana Wesleyan University (B.A) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.) Nathan’s desire is to help equip Christians, especially parents, with the Word of God for the ministry He has given them. Nathan and his wife, Jess, have five children.

Kelly studied at The Master’s College (B.A.) and The Master’s Seminary (M.Div., Th.M.). Kelly previously served on pastoral staff at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles and was an adjunct professor at The Master’s College. Kelly has a passion for young people to know Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. Kelly and his wife, Vanessa, have been married since 2008 and have two children.
Elder since 2015
Jordan and his wife, Kate, married after graduating from Grove City College and have three children – Hannah, Elijah, and Abigail. They have been at Castleview since 2011. Jordan is a law enforcement officer and is the head of Castleview’s security team. He leads a fellowship group, teaches Sunday school classes and serves as an usher. He is currently in a long-distance Masters of Divinity program at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
Elder since 2012
Jim and his wife, Nancy, began attending Castleview in 2007. Jim was born and raised in Marion, Indiana, and graduated from Ball State University (B.A.). Jim enjoys equipping the saints for the work of the ministry and building up the Body of Christ at Castleview. Jim and Nancy have been married since 2002 and have four children – Alex, Annabel, Eleanor and Peter.
Elder since 1995
Byron has served Castleview as an adult teacher, benevolence chairperson, choir member, mentor and counselor. Byron and his wife, Marlene, have been members of Castleview since 1981 and have two adult children and five grandchildren. Byron is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University and received his Masters degree from University of North Texas and Dallas Theological Seminary. He also studied at Harvard University receiving a Management and Negotiation Certificate. Before retiring in 2005, he was a teacher, principal, human service manager, family counselor and college instructor.
Elder since 2007
Andy and his wife, Cid, have been members of Castleview since 1987. They have three grown sons who are married and many grandchildren. At Castleview, Andy has served as a deacon, senior high Sunday school teacher, youth group leader, boy’s camping week director, 5th grade Sunday school teacher, building committee member and pastoral search committee member. He currently serves as an elder with oversight of men’s and women’s ministries. Professionally, Andy works as an architect with an emphasis on school design and construction.

Don came to Castleview in 1995 and is currently employed by Troy Risk, Inc. as the Technical Director. Don has received a B.S. and M.S. in Geology from the University of Illinois and the University of Kentucky, respectively. He also currently serves on the Indiana Board of Professional Licensure for Geologists. Don and his wife, Rusty, have been married since 1982 and have one adult child, Owen.
Elder since 2015
Griffin attended Castleview in the 1980s and early 90s as a child. More recently, he and his wife, Gwyn, have been attending since 2011. At Castleview, he serves as an adult Sunday school teacher, a fellowship group leader, an usher and, most recently, as an elder. Griffin went to Purdue University and then graduated from Crossroads Bible College. He met Gwyn at Purdue and they have been married since May of 1999.
